A Day at the Zoo

Posted by Picasa
We all went up the the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake in the beginning of September. The weather was perfect and it wasnt too crowded. We weren't able to make it to the zoo last year, so this was Jaycee's first experience. She LOVED it, and made it so much fun for all of us.

Me and the kids looking at the monkeys, one of our family favorites

Jaycee's favorite was definately the monkeys. She keep telling them "No! Stop it!" while they chased each other around the cage

My darling kids!!

Zack on the Praying Mantis

Kayson on the Elephant

Here are my kiddos on the carousel at the zoo. They thought it was so much fun, especially to be able to choose which animal to ride. Jaycee was so excited to ride it until it started to move, then she said "Me no like it" and wanted me to hold her.

We all loved going to Kenzie's games and spending some time outside together. Here is Jaycee trying so hard to sit still thru her big sisters games. Then there is my darling nephew, Kai, he is a big soccer fan just like his dad. The last one is Kayson, Cameron and Kai brushing up on their soccer skills. Good times!!

Kenzie started soccer for the first time this fall. She absolutely LOVES it!! She was a little hesitant at first about being aggressive but she got some pointers from her uncle, Abou and went to a REAL soccer game, and was so eager to try harder. She is so cute in her uniform too :)
GO KENZIE!!!

Kayson is 5!!!!

Kayson is now 5!!!!
He is such an imaginative child and he makes me laugh everyday. I can not imagine my life without him. He is so funny, he gets obsessed with something (Transformers right now) and that is all he lives and breathes. He can tell you every transformer's name and what they turn into and if they are a decepticon or an autobot (good guy or bad guy) He is very smart and has a memory like I can not believe.
Happy Birthday, Kayson, we love you!
